Institutions and Corporates not only in Bangalore but

Prof. Rao started his teaching career in the year 1964
in University of Bombay. He has worked as a Professor in
Bombay, as H.O.D-Management in a P.G. Center in S.K.
University, and as Principal and Dean in leading
management institutions in Bangalore and Hyderabad/
Secunderabad.
He has extensive exposure in Human Resources Management
and Organizational Behavior and varied experience in
Corporate Training for over two decades during which
period conducted more than 200 MDPs and PDPs all over
India and abroad for prestigious organizations such as
B.H.E.L.(EDN), K.P.C.L., Bangalore. He has conducted
many Self Development Growth Labs and soft skills
programs for institutions such as I.C.F.A.I/I.B.S and
IBAT, Bangalore.
He has worked as a Senior Corporate Training Manager in
Dubai- U.A.E. Prof.Rao authored a few text books and
published many articles in leading magazines. He has
traveled extensively in Europe, U.K. and U.S.A.He is a
post graduate in Economics, Commerce and Management. He
can speak Telugu, Tamil and Hindi fluently. Prof Rao is
primarily a PARENT at Heart and Mentor in Mind and
Teacher by profession. |

Prof. Prasad is an active member of NIPM, national body of HR professionals having state wide branches across the country. He has presided over as Chairman of Karnataka chapter and continues to be on the advisory panel of the chapter.
Post-superannuation from Mico Bosch after a long stint in different facets of IR/HR functions; has been an associate HR consultant to different organizations in Bangalore. He is also a faculty specialized in soft skills. |
