NSB has signed an agreement with ESC-PAU, France, to facilitate student and Faculty exchange programs. As of now, more than 100 students and many professors from India have taken advantage of these exchange programs.

The exchange agreement allows the students of NSB to study one full semester load of courses WITHOUT PAYING ANY ADDITIONAL TUITION FEES. The courses at ESC-Pau are taught by world-class professors drawn from many countries.

The Exchange Program gives students a broad view of what Leaders and managers need to know when dealing with international firms in a global competitive environment. Thus, the program provides an unparalleled education that is truly global in every sense. The program identifies and focuses on five essential tasks for any company to emerge and maintain its global competitive position within its industry:

• How to identify new business opportunities in the international arena?
• How to formulate and implement a competitive strategic option?
• How to manage and coordinate multicultural workforce?
• How to formulate an international marketing strategy and build a global brand?
• How to build effective international governance?
• During September 2009, four students have been sent to ESC-Pau on exchage program.
• Last year, Prof. Sridhara Murthy delivered a lecture on International Marketing Strategies to ESC-Pau students in France.
