“Business and Ethics can never go hand in hand”. This myth has entangled the minds of the young managers and makes them believe that values needs to be compromised to succeed.

Addressing this issue, National School of Business organized a National Level Symposium on “Importance of Practicing Values among Young MBA graduates” on 11th May, 2018.

The discussion panel consisted of Dr.N.R. Parasuraman, the Director of SDMIMD Mysuru, Mr. H A Jayasimha, a renowned Trainer and Dr. Hemalatha K, a Professor of Social Work, Christ University. The Round table discussion chaired by Professor D.R Nagaraj threw in a lot of insights on the topic. This Interactive session benefited the young budding managers to a great extent and broke the entangled myth.

The gathering also witnessed another Prestigious book launch event where the book, “Total Quality Management- The Bhagavad Gita Way”, authored by our very own Director Dr. Srinidhi K Parthasarathi was launched by Dr.N.R. Parasuraman.

The day ended with so much insights to mull over.
