Exchange Student, CERAM, France

Mr. Nicolas Lafontaine, Exchange student from France had been at NSB for a period of three months and got an excellent opportunity to work as intern for a leading technology based company in Bangalore. With his interest and guidance from Faculty mentors of NSB, he was able to do a significant job with the company, and now he is been offered as Partner-Business Operations in France region for the same company.

It was great experience for me at NSB by getting transformed from a business student to a Business Leader. The Indian culture, people, environment and spending my time with different students and staffs were a great experience. The Faculties at NSB have great potential in making a student to understand easily the concepts of business management. Being a French national, I was trained and mentored by great professors for my internship work in NSB. Being from the rural background, it is very difficult to compete with the students of urban areas. It was my perception when I came to NSB. But now I am not only competing with them but also betting them in every field. At NSB I am getting those opportunities for which I was struggling and with help of faculty I am converting them into my strengths. NSB have the culture where the entire faculty member available 24/7 for student and help them as much as possible. With the belief and guidelines of faculty and my commitment I have won 2nd position in the best Manager event at R V institute of management Bangalore.
